Objective
Upon completion of this course the student will be able to:
- Assist a patron who is injured or who is suddenly becoming ill.
- Display knowledge on how to manage bleeding.
- Display knowledge on how to treat muscle, bone, and joint injuries.
- Illustrate how to care for sudden illnesses.
- Know how to follow the appropriate steps for patient care in case of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree burns.
